Harold "Hal" Ellis entered the housing industry in 1970 as a licensed real estate broker. Inspired by his experience and looking to expand his career, Hal obtained his contractor's license in 1977 and began certifying and repairing roofs. In the late 1990's, Hal further added to his services offered to his clients by obtaining his pest control operator license and starting a second business, Termite Terminators. In 1997, Hal began performing home inspections. Based on his experience as a broker and as a contractor, he saw a need for an educated home inspection process, one that takes all parties into consideration.

Hal strongly believes in educating his clients, whether it be the home buyer, seller or real estate agent, on the true condition of the property. Committed to being thorough and truthful, Hal knows how to keep transactions together.
