Our roofing inspections are a thorough assessment of all roof types, components, and factors affecting the performance and longevity of your roof system(s). Included in our inspection report are full color pictures with correlating descriptions. We also provide an estimated life expectancy and recommendations for every type of roofing system on the particular structure that is being inspected.  If desired we will provide a proposal for work to repair and maintain the existing roof, or a proposal for roof replacement if necessary.

When is a Roof Inspection Necessary?

Roof inspection will be required anytime a property is being bought or sold.  We recommend an inspection every two to five years, or anytime you have had major foot traffic on your roof, like after a fumigation/tenting service.
